How to Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Void Track account and all associated data, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete Account from the App

You can delete your account directly from the Void Track mobile application:

1. Open the Void Track app on your device
2. Go to Settings or Profile section
3. Scroll down to find Account Settings
4. Tap on Delete Account
5. Read the warning about data deletion
6. Confirm your decision by entering your password
7. Tap Confirm Deletion

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to voiidtrack@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. In the email body, include:
   • Your registered email address
   • Your username (if you remember it)
   • Code from the app (you can find it in settings)
   • A clear statement that you want to delete your account
4. Send the email from the email address associated with your account

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within:

• In-app deletion: Immediate (within a few minutes)
• Email requests: Within 7 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (email, username)
• All your tasks and task data
• All tags and categories you created
• All notification settings
• All app preferences and settings
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Data Retention

Please note:

• Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance)
• Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes
• Backup copies may exist for up to 30 days before being permanently deleted

Before You Delete

Before deleting your account, please consider:

• Export your data: If you want to keep a copy of your tasks, export them before deletion
• Cancel subscriptions: If you have any active subscriptions, cancel them first
• Alternative options: Consider temporarily deactivating your account instead of permanent deletion
